Modelling Winning Performance™

 

has been developed by Sally Vanson, Ilaria Vilkelis and Dr. Allan Parker of The Performance Solution™.

  

 

It is concerned with an Appreciative Inquiry approach, playing to strengths, to discover what makes individuals, teams and whole organisations achieve and even surpass the results they require (often effortlessly and elegantly)  and how that success can be distilled into a model which can then be used ensure even greater performance through effective recruitment, training and development and performance management.

 

It takes account of all the factors related to success which include, the environment, behaviours, skills and capability, beliefs and values, identity, visioning and the dynamic impact of all of those from individuals to the whole organisation. It reviews quality processes and assurance, team working, project and programme management, communication skills and  can be used to define and embellish positive culture in organizations and for the management of talent. It is about adopting the key elements of thinking – beliefs, values and strategies and using these to enhance skills and abilities. Modelling Winning Performance™ is based upon an investigation of the thoughts and actions related to superb performance at work and the creation of a map which breaks down the results and brings the all together in a simple format, which benchmarks human behaviours and organisational practice.

 

Modelling Winning Performance™ is a process that allows our clients to make the most of the intellectual capital that is already present in their organisations and truly mine the knowledge and expertise that drives the performance of your best individuals, departments or business units. It enables us to model individuals, teams or whole sites.

  

We partner with clients' staff, promote and spearhead the process of actively seeking the best performers in their business to understand what they do so that it can be learned by others. Best performers can be individuals, teams or entire departments or groups within the organization. We create the behavioural models, design training materials and train your trainers so that the learning can be shared throughout the whole organization.

 

We also provide virtual training so that remote learners can take advantage of distance learning opportunities and be trained in the field.
