Executive Coaching and Mentoring

Within a coaching division dedicated to excellence, we have over 70 professional, international coaches available, with native language speakers of most European languages. All of our coaches have been trained as coaches and most have held senior, responsible, line management roles in major multinational organisations. The majority also hold post graduate qualifications in areas of corporate expertise.

We believe every business and every client within each business is unique and every coaching intervention must equally provide business and personal development benefits. We work to identified, measurable, objectives and enable our clients to implement goal-orientated outcomes.

Your coach is a trusted friend, who adds positive challenge, new perspectives in a non-judgmental manner to your thinking processes. Our 1:1 coaching offerings can be booked in clusters of six sessions or an intensive 6-8 hr ‘breakthrough session’ to accelerate resolution of a specific issue which is preventing you, and your company, achieving your potential. We also offer ‘on-site’ coaching surgeries, coaches on annual retainers and we are delighted to design services to suit your commercial or personal needs.

As one of the leading, international, professional coaching organisations we commit to full confidentiality and to the Code of Practice of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council ( EMCC) and the Philosophy and Standards of Ethical Conduct of the International Coaches’ Federation (ICF).

Professionally Accredited Coach and Mentor training

We often train in-house coaches and managers in coaching skills for large client organisations eg The London Stock Exchange, London Underground, Mazda Cars, Ford Motor Company, and Johnson & Johnson. All programmes are bespoke and can be based around Fundamental Coaching Skills and the use of the GROW model, Accelerated Coaching Techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling to name a few of the key methodologies.

We train Career and Business Mentors, Supercoaches and Coach Supervisors. We run regular monthly Continuous Professional development events and are known as the “Coaches to the Coaches’ in this respect.

 

Our Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching is recognised by the Association for Coaching and can be used towards an MA in Coaching and NLP. We also hold a variety of courses in coaching skills including the Clean Languages and Symbolic Modelling Workshop. All of our Coach training programmes are available either in house or as public programmes.


Postgraduate and MA Programmes in Coaching Related Subjects

 

The Performance Solution are pleased to offer three coaching related Masters degrees by action learning, that are assessed, quality assured and awarded by Kingston University. They are a unique and flexible approach to formal recognition of excellence for busy professionals in their field. Our Masters programmes all allow exit routes at post graduate Certificate and Diploma stages, together with accreditation of prior experience and learning (APEL) for experienced coaches and supervisors who have undergone significant training and learning activity already.

Conflict Management and Mediation

Conflict often arises because human beings process information in many ways. Add to this, differences in values and conflict can arise and run away with situations, giving rise to feeling of ‘stuckness’ and ‘lack of control’.

We work with individuals and groups, to enable understanding of the various behaviours, beliefs and attitudes that contribute to conflict and to leverage difference to enable a common understanding. By working in a safe environment with a trusted advisor, you can turn conflict to advantage and re-energise yourself and your situation.

Coach and Mentor Supervision

Through our extraordinary passion for professional coaching practice, we work with individual coaches to enable them to ‘up their game’. We believe there is no room in the corporate world for the ‘amateur’. We believe that “to be alive is to learn” and therefore as well as providing Coaching and Mentoring Supervision in the commercial world we donate time to Supervising those working in schools and the charity sectors.

Our belief that Supervision is part of a continuous learning process, means that we apply our non-directive and non-judgemental coaching models to our supervisory work, both for individual and group supervision sessions.

We also offer an MA in Coaching, Supervision and Mentoring by action learning that is assessed, quality assured and awarded by Kingston University.

Health and Life Coaching

We believe that Health and Life Coaching require a different skill set to Executive Coaching, although there is often an overlap. We have a strategic alliance with colleagues who are appropriately trained in these fields. We know our boundaries and we acknowledge those by ensuring we can provide the appropriately qualified coach to work with these sensitive needs should they arise. Coaches in this area include Medical Doctors, Psychologists and Psychotherapists.
